We had a wonderful stay at Rambling Rose! Fabulous, kind hosts and a gorgeous cottage in a beautiful location. A great spot to explore South Devon. The village is very peaceful and there are lots of lovely beaches close by to explore. We couldn’t fault a thing, absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning.

Wow, what an amazing property. Incredibly helpful and friendly owners, who welcomed us and our dogs. Whole cottage was immaculately clean with everything you could wish for. Brilliant walks from the cottage down to Wonwell beach and surrounding footpaths. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely week staying at Clematis Cottage and Rambling Rose. We had the two families there and the houses worked perfectly; we could open the connecting door and retreat to our own houses in the evenings. They are a perfect base from which to explore a beautiful village and a wonderful part of the country. We hope to visit again soon

An oasis of peace and tranquillity yet within walking distance of the coast. After a day on the coast path or at the beach it was wonderful to return to such a beautiful cottage away from the crowds.

A great place to walk the dogs along the coastal paths and cliffs.The beautiful dog friendly beaches of Wonwell and Westcombe are a pleasant walk away.

Close by you can also find the seaside village area of Bigbury-on-Sea, also situated within the South Devon Area of outstanding Natural Beauty.
